| Clare joined the practice in September 2004. Prior to that she had spent many years working as a family law solicitor in private practice in Wakefield and Castleford. |

| Clare took her degree at Sheffield University achieving a 2:1 BA(Hons) in Law. She qualified as a solicitor in 1995, and has specialised in family law ever since. |

| Clare is divorced, remarried and has 3 children and another on the way in July 2008, so fully understands from a personal point of view the traumas of relationship breakdown! |

| Clare is an accredited specialist for Resolution (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association). She is also a fully trained collaborative lawyer and this area of her practice is expanding rapidly, such that she is the most experienced collaborative lawyer in the Wakefield area. |

| Eliazabeth joined the firm in November 2004 as a trainee solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in April 2008. |

| Elizabeth graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in May 2004 with a First Class law degree. She went on to win two prizes at Nottingham Law School relating to Family Law. She has proven to be a great asset to the firm and specialises in all aspects of Family Law. |
